What to expect,

After you have made your appointment, you will get an email confirmation of your appointment. Then the day before, we will reach out to you via email to make sure the appointment is good to go as well as confirming meeting location. We will show up for the repair with everything we need to begin the repair, all we need from you is the key to the vehicle and approval of our short repair waiver. As soon as that is approved we are good to begin working on the vehicle. The repairs usually last only 30mins but if the crack appears to be more challenging or time consuming, we will give time frames accordingly. Our main goal is to repair the structural integrity of the windshield, as well as improve the optical clarity. We will always work for the best result damage/time permitting. Once completed, we will collect payment for the repair. If encouraged, we'd be happy to wipe the windshield clean post repair or check over any other vehicles for chips, then we are off to the next windshield!

Our repairs come with a full money back guarantee, that the crack will not further compromise the windshield. In the very small chance of a spread post repair, please contact us as soon as possible for your reimbursement. If the repair grows uncontrollably during the repair no charge will be requested. If an impact after the repair is completed causes a crack to run into the repaired crack, a reimbursement will not be authorized due to the new damage changing the condition of the repair.

Disclaimer: Windshield chips are the result of debris damage. This damage to the glass is almost always still slightly visible.
